Sabine River
This morning, I crossed this river and entered Louisiana, after a weeks-long sojourn through the very polite state of Texas. Now, the air is hotter and more humid, the mosquitoes are more prevalent, the farms and forests are more green and lush, and folks's accents are more difficult to understand.
