Bay St. Louis, MS

The beachfront downtown bank was gutted last I saw it, but is now nicely rebuilt. Next door, the Fire Dog Saloon remains crumbling. Looks like downtown has moved inland a block, as a buffer against the ocean. In general, Bay St Louis is thriving again, with its beaches, casinos, and shops bringing in tourism money.
